genaueres hier:
Q- will this game have online play?
A- No- the game will have ad-hoc only
Q- This means there is no way to play online with others?
A- No- if you go to the link below you will find a program which tricks your psp into thinking you are using ad-hoc when you are actually using your own form of online. you run the program on your computer and find your computers internet as the connection. The connection mimics the psp(s) you are playing with and makes your system think your playing ad-hoc.

Q-Won't the online play be slow if capcom is not running it?
A- No- Thankfully the original online system is intact- this means that the coding for online play is very good.
monster hunter did something special with the online system. Every enemy is controlled by your system no matter what is happening on your friends psp. This means that 1. you could be fighting the same monster that your friend is even though you are 30 feet from eachother. and 2. lag has almost no affect on gameplay.
of course this still depends on who is the host- and how good everyones connection is. If everyone has cable it should run smoothly.
Q- So if I am fighting a boss monster it will still be like I am fighting it alone?
A- No- Boss monsters are handled differently. Bosses are given commands by the host *one psp is host- the server in other words* and all the other psps execute this command when they receive it. I can't go into detail on how it works but needless to say- you will all see the boss in the same place.
Q- What about trading? won't people just be able to give me good weapons right away?
A- weapons and armor are not tradable. only a set few items can be traded and sadly because the game will not have official online support people will be able to cheat by shutting their systems off after passing expensive items over to a friend. I hope that these people are cut off fromt the rest of the gaming community quickly- but there is no way to make sure such a thing happens. I encourage everyone to play fair- but of course not everyone will listen. Thankfully because only a set amount of items can be traded- this will minimize the affects and keep honest players from being affected.
Q- I don't have a Wireless internet connection! what do I do?
A- If you look- you will find that there are tons of affordable devices out there to make your internet connection a short radius wi-fi connection. check online- go to best buy- they are out there.
Q- How will we communicate.
A- Because you will probably be near your computer- you will be able to use anything you have- this includes the program itself- along with teamspeak or whatever. needless to say- the communication will be better than in MH for ps2 *the original*
Q- Will there be a lot of people using this program?
A- that depends on you- everyone should make this program popular so we can all have a good old time- but please be kind. If you have a 56k connection- you shouldn't be playing online.
Q- I don't have an internet connection! what do I do? *and/or no pc/mac*
A- currently there is nothing you can do then. something may open up in the future though *maybe a psp hack of some sort that would run the tunnel on your psp instead of your computer?-that way any internet connection would do-aka go to the nearest public WI-FI and play* still even then there would be the issue of communication.
und weitere Infos zum Spiel:
Q- How long will this game last me?
A- supposing you like the game- and you are able to play online. This game can easily last way over 400 hours of gameplay. I played the original monster hunter and got well over 700 hours. *all of this time is not clocked of course- this is my estimated actual time playing the game*
Q-Will the online play run smoothly? *in terms of presentation*
A- Of course- the original Monster Hunter had a system that worked well. you choose a mission *one that you all need ussually* and go out to do some co-op comp stomping. the added plus in this case is that you now have guild cards added to the game which gives you added incentive to play with others even if the quest is not what you want. You can use these guild cards to gather items. there is a guide to this in the faq section. On top of this- no matter what level your character is- you can always play with a lower level at no expense to them. They will not get a reduced loot or 'exp'.
Q- This game dosn't have level ups- bummer....
A- I felt the same way when I first heard that the level ups didn't give you stats. but in the end its just a complicated level up system all the same. Your 'level' is determined by your equipment. and you can't get good equipment untill you increase your 'level'*aka hunter rank* because certain monsters and loot can only be found in higher level quests. as it goes- the better player you are- the better equipment you will have. being a smart and skilled player will be rewarding.
Q- is this game an action rpg? or is it a mmorpg with the action rpg lable?
A- This game could stand as a 1-player game. when you slash it will not hit unless the slash connects with the monster, and in true capcom fashion- every hit feels like a REAL hit.
Q-I heard the load times are bad- will this kill the game?
A- as I have not seen the actual load times- my guess is that they are the same as the ps2 version. A lot of people had problems with the ps2 versions load times, but I never really got annoyed by them. These small skips will probably not annoy psp gamers as much because I believe they will not be as bad as many of the other games out there- zones are fairly small and capcom seems to have done a lot of work to make sure this game does not have any glitches like the prince of persia port does *god that game is glitched-good- but glitched*
